12 WEEK SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT COURSE (Foundation Level)

​

Join me on this immersive program if you want to learn more about yourself, your energy, and how it affects you and others. You will also learn how to read and interpret energy from cards and other sources, enabling you to develop your mediumship skills. By the end of this course, you will have gained basic knowledge and understanding of spirituality and how energy works. You will also receive an introduction to how to connect to loved ones and past life ancestral lines.

This 12-week course (2 hours per week) teaches you about your main chakras and how they play a major part in both your spiritual and physical well-being, as well as the impact they have on your mental health. Within the course, you will find life-changing coping mechanisms to help you deal with anxiety and depression and how to deal with mood changes. You will then have these tools to use for the rest of your life. This course is for beginners and for those with a basic understanding of spirituality and is suitable even if you have sat in Circle before. The course covers the following areas:

Week 1

Week 2

• Getting to know the real you

• Practical sessions – different ways of reading energy, Cards, water, paper, sand, etc

PART TWO Finding Yourself

Week 5

• Learn how the chakras affect our daily life

• What is Ascension?

• How we clear each chakra

• Practical session

Week 6

• Clearing the root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras

• How these affect our daily life and how they’re connected to the earth plane

• What is the Matrix?

Week 7

• All about the heart, throat, third eye, crown, and 8th Chakra and how to connect.

Week 8

• Different healings including sound healing and light language

• Practical session

 

PART 3 Knowing Yourself and Your Ability

Week 9

• Connecting to your lineage, ancestors, and loved ones

Week 10

• Past lives

• Readings and meditation

Week 11

• Womb healing

• Connecting to your inner priestess (for men as well)

Week 12 Practical session bringing it all together

Please note that whilst this is the general structure there may be some fluidity in it depending on the dynamic of the group and as I work intuitively within the group. Please also note that this course is also available on a one-to-one basis as a mentorship program if you prefer this style of learning.
